Common questions

How do I invite someone to help with a goal?

Open the Help tab, create a request for the goal you want help with, and enter the person's username. They'll get a request to accept. You decide whether each helper can view only, or edit too — and you can revoke access any time.

Can a coach use HelpDo with clients?

Yes. Have each client invite you to the goal they're working on. You'll see their day-by-day progress, streaks, and notes, and can message them in the app. You can actively help up to 3 people at a time.

How does AI Advice work and is it private?

Nothing is sent to AI automatically. AI advice runs only when you tap “Generate advice” on a specific goal, and only that goal's information is shared for that one request. AI advice is included free.

How do I turn notifications on or off?

Go to Profile → Settings and toggle Notifications. You can also turn off “Receive help requests” or block specific users there.

How do I delete my account or data?

You can delete individual goals, notes, and messages any time in the app. To delete your whole account, see Delete Account.
