Terms of Service
Last updated: June 15, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the HelpDo mobile app and website (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use HelpDo.
1. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use HelpDo.
- You're responsible for your account, your password, and all activity under it. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
2. Your content
You own the content you create in HelpDo (goals, to-dos, notes, messages, etc.). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you and to share it with the helpers you choose. You are responsible for the content you create and share.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
- Harass, threaten, or send unwanted messages to other users.
- Attempt to access data you're not authorized to see, or probe or disrupt the Service.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service or its infrastructure.
You can block other users and control who can send you help requests from your profile settings.
4. Plan limits
HelpDo is currently free to use. Some features have free-tier limits (for example, the number of people you can actively help at once). If we introduce paid plans in the future, we'll update these Terms before doing so.
5. AI Advice
AI advice is generated only when you request it and is provided “as is” for informational purposes. It may be inaccurate or incomplete and is not professional, medical, financial, or legal advice. Use your own judgment.
6. Service availability
We work to keep HelpDo running smoothly but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HelpDo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some may not apply to you.
8. Termination
You may stop using HelpDo and delete your account at any time (see Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm others or us.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide notice in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
